Account Manager

Our client has an immediate need for an Account Manager to join their growing team!

Education/Experience:

• 4-year technical or business degree.
• Account Management experience. – 5 years minimum.

****MUST HAVE****REQUIREMENTS****

• Knowledge/Experience: Microsoft Project and resource allocations.
• Knowledge/Experience: Knowledge of business and management principles involved in resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods and coordination of teams with many disciplines ranging from management to staff to technicians.
• Knowledge/Experience: Demonstrated success in maintaining and growing customer accounts.
• Knowledge/Experience: Conveying business and technical concepts to a diverse customer base and to internal teams in a clear and concise manner.

Additional responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 

• Develop quotes for new and ongoing client products.
• Develop schedules to support ongoing customer activities.
• Provide ongoing support to retain customer programs.
• Prompt and accurate responses to clients’ queries.

 ****This is NOT a remote position; this is an onsite need. Please only apply if willing to commute daily to an onsite location in southern Maine. ****
