• Experience entering ACH payment information into the ERP system.
• Experience entering sales tax status & applicable sales tax rates in a variety of client shipping destinations.
• Experienced with the preparation and analysis of various reports, as needed.
• Experienced with daily invoicing and cash receipts.
• Experienced with weekly processing of invoices and payment to vendors.
• Experienced with Microsoft applications, proficient in Excel.
