• Knowledge/Experience:  Managing weekly payroll processing and timesheet oversight to ensure timely and accurate payment of wages, bonuses, and other compensation.
• Knowledge/Experience: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to meet legal standards. 
• Knowledge/Experience: Maintaining payroll records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Knowledge/Experience: Assisting in annual employee performance review process.
• Knowledge/Experience: Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness initiatives.
• Knowledge/Experience: Overseeing leave administration, including FMLA and Disability management.
• Knowledge/Experience:  Managing open enrollment process.
• Knowledge/Experience:  Facilitating benefit enrollment for new employees and conduct orientations to explain available options.
• Knowledge/Experience: Maintaining and updating employee records for new hires, terminations, and status changes.
• Knowledge/Experience: Supporting various HR functions as needed, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Knowledge/Experience: MS Excel, Word and Outlook, exceptional proficiency.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
