POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Advancement Services & Communications Manager reports to and works closely with the Executive Director of Mission Advancement while collaborating with other staff to assist in the day-to-day operations to help achieve the goals of the Mission Advancement Department. The Mission Advancement Department is responsible for the fundraising activities that support all the programs of Holy Cross Family Ministries. The Advancement Services and Communications Manager’s primary responsibility is the strategic execution and management of the donor communication programming in coordination with the overall HCFM Office of Communications including newsletters, event invitations, appeals, annual impact reports, email campaigns and social media to drive annual giving and stewarding of donors.
