Network Architecture, Design & Implementation of Aruba ClearPass, VLAN/VWAN, Networking Protocols, Network Segmentation Design, Aruba ClearPass Architecture
This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Aruba ClearPass solutions across the organization, ensuring secure and seamless network access control. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in network access control (NAC) technologies, specifically with Aruba ClearPass, and will work closely with the Network and Security teams to enhance our security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy Aruba ClearPass solutions to meet the organization s network access control requirements.
- Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of ClearPass systems.
- Develop and maintain policies for network access control, authentication, and authorization.
- Integrate ClearPass with other security tools and network infrastructure (e.g., firewalls, switches, wireless access points).
- Provide technical support for ClearPass infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high availability.
- Monitor ClearPass systems for performance and security incidents, resolving issues as they arise.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ClearPass configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Generate regular reports on network access, security incidents, and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of proven experience with Aruba ClearPass design, implementation, and management.
- Experience with network architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of network access control, RADIUS, TACACS, and 802.1X authentication.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP) and security concepts (firewalls, VPNs, etc.).
- Familiarity with integrating ClearPass with multi-vendor network devices (Cisco, Juniper, HP, etc.).
- Experience with guest access portals, BYOD, and IoT device management.
