Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Technician

Pay: $65,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
Hours: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Travel: Occasional

Position Overview:
We are hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join our Beverly, MA team. This hands-on role supports CNC machining operations and production troubleshooting. You’ll work closely with engineers, quality teams, and operators to enhance process flow, resolve machine issues, and contribute to overall production success in a high-precision environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Production & Process Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve shop-floor process and machinery issues.
Operate and support a range of CNC lathes, mills, machining centers, and gear-cutting machines.
Assist in training operators on procedures and task-specific standards.
Participate in quality investigations and implement corrective actions.
Collaboration & Documentation:
Work alongside engineers, quality control, and production teams to improve efficiency.
Apply CAD/solid modeling tools and update relevant documentation.
Provide input to improve production methods, work holding, and tooling.
Requirements:
AS degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
2+ years of experience in CNC machining or manufacturing support.
Familiarity with CAD/solid modeling (SolidWorks preferred).
Strong understanding of machining principles and shop math.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Environment:
Split between office and shop floor environments. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work around machines and tools.
