Job Title: Product Validation Specialist (Contract)
Location: Manchester, NH
Pay Rate: $25–$35/hr (Based on experience)
Type: 6 Month Contract (Potential Extension or Temp-to-Hire)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Overview:
We’re hiring a Product Validation Specialist for a leading medical device manufacturer in Manchester, NH. This is a hands-on contract role ideal for someone experienced in tooling, metrology, and validation work. You’ll drive fixture and gauge development, execute validations, and perform inspections aligned with regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and validate fixtures and gauges
Perform MSA (Measurement System Analysis)
Support and document FAIR, OQ, PQ activities
Conduct CMM, optical, and other inspections
Analyze data using Minitab, Smart Profile, and DOE methods
Interpret GD&T on engineering drawings
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and quality
Qualifications:
Experience in regulated/medical device environments
SolidWorks (or equivalent CAD) proficiency
Strong GD&T and fixture/gauge design experience
Skilled with CMMs, optical tools, Minitab, Smart Profile
Background in die casting, injection molding, or MIM
Practical machining experience preferred
Work Environment:
Split between office, quality lab, and production floor
