ERP Trainer

As an ERP Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to educate users on the functionalities and capabilities of our ERP system. If you have a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of ERP systems, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand training needs and requirements.
• Design, develop, and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
• Conduct training sessions for end users, administrators, and other stakeholders on various aspects of the ERP system.
• Customize training content and delivery methods based on audience needs and learning styles.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions to ensure adequate participation and coverage.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training programs.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to users as they navigate the ERP system.
• Stay up-to-date with ERP system updates, enhancements, and new features.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an ERP Trainer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience developing training materials and delivering training sessions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Patience and empathy when working with users of varying technical skill levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in ERP systems or training methodologies.
• Experience with instructional design principles and e-learning development tools.
• Familiarity with adult learning theories and training best practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of business processes in relevant industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, finance).
