Job Title: Engineering Technician
DETAILS:
Duration: Permanent Direct Hire with benefits
Location: Milford, MA
Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 depending on skills and experience
Hours: Monday to Friday
We are currently seeking an Engineering Technician in Milford, MA.
Position Summary and Special Duties:
As an Engineering Technician, your day-to-day duties will consist of, but may not be limited to:
Job Description:
Build complex electro-mechanical assemblies, including electronic circuits, cables, mechanical hardware, and test fixtures.
Perform circuit testing, measurement, and troubleshooting.
Rework both surface mount and through-hole printed circuit board assemblies.
Create and update technical documentation such as BOMs, schematics, test procedures, and reports.
Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) meetings and Design Reviews.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with personal computers and components (graphics cards, SSDs, RAM, etc.).
Understanding of digital and analog electronics.
Ability to test and debug electro-mechanical assemblies using lab tools (oscilloscopes, DMMs, electronic loads).
Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Bonus Points For:
Knowledge of Python programming
Experience with LINUX operating systems
Understanding of ITAR regulations
Work Environment:
This role supports engineering and product development in a dynamic, hands-on lab and production setting. Strict adherence to safety and documentation protocols is expected.
