Job Summary:
As an IT Solution Specialist - Change Management Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's digital transformation initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, you will leverage your technical expertise and change management acumen to lead the implementation of new IT systems, processes, and workflows across the organization. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a smooth and successful transition, minimizing disruptions, and empowering employees to adapt to the evolving technological landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current IT systems and processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop comprehensive change management plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize new IT solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives
- Provide training and support to employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptation
- Monitor and measure the impact of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes
- Serve as a subject matter expert, advising and guiding stakeholders on best practices for managing IT-driven organizational change
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges, ensuring the seamless execution of transformation projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in IT solution delivery, with a strong focus on change management and transformation initiatives
- Proven track record of leading successful IT-driven organizational change projects
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with agile development practices and experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Certifications in change management, project management, or IT service management are a plus
This role requires 4 days in-office (Mon-Thursday) but start and end times are flexible
