Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Location: Beverly, MA
Shift: 1st Shift (Full-Time, On-Site)
Pay Range: $20–$23 per hour
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join a leading production team in Beverly, MA. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of daily shop operations, supporting a variety of technical and general manufacturing tasks. From material handling and machine prep to laser marking and shot peening, your work will help keep the production floor organized, efficient, and running at top performance.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, productive workspace.
Responsibilities:
Shop Support & General Operations
• Provide assistance across the production floor with various mechanical and support tasks
• Cut, move, and prep raw materials for production
• Assemble shop orders according to instructions
• Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
Specialized Processes
• Perform shot-peening operations
• Conduct abrasive flow machining
• Operate laser marking equipment
• Perform deburring and finishing work
Routine Maintenance & Organization
• Support routine maintenance and cleaning of shop equipment
• Assist with administrative duties related to shop operations
• Participate in ongoing improvement projects as needed
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work cooperatively and professionally with team members
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shop protocols
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and shop guidelines
