Senior Continuous Improvement Manager

Our client has an immediate need for an experienced Senior Continuous Improvement Manager. Do you have 7+ years’ experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment? Does the following describe you and your experience? If so, apply today!

• Strong understanding of lean methodologies, Six Sigma principles, and other continuous improvement frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to pivot as business demands.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools (Minitab, Excel) to drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collaborating with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational objectives and priorities.
• Leading cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and improve existing processes and workflows using lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles.
• Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process performance and track progress towards improvement goals.
• Implementing change management methodologies to ensure successful adoption of process improvements and minimize resistance to change.
• Managing multiple improvement projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Utilizing data analytics and statistical tools to identify trends, root causes of inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field. Master’s degree or certification in continuous improvement - Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
