Senior Mechatronics Technician | Beverly, MA
Pay Rate: $75K–$90K | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Join our team as a Senior Mechatronics Technician, where you'll play a key role in providing technical assistance and support. In this position, you'll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to troubleshoot, repair, and test electromechanical components. ?? What You’ll Do:
Perform electro-mechanical assembly, functional testing, and troubleshooting
Participate in root-cause analysis and corrective actions for functional discrepancies
Diagnose, repair, and reassemble electromechanical components/assemblies for customer return
Work with servo drives, digital encoders, electric motors, and diagnostic equipment
Configure hardware and software components after installation and provide training to customers on equipment use
?? What You’ll Bring:
Associate’s Degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment
Proficiency with servo drives, digital encoders, and electric motors
Experience with CAN, CAN-Open, PLC logic, and Python Scripts (EtherCAT is a plus)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to use diagnostic tools like oscilloscope, DMM, and power supply
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
