Verification & Validation (V&V) Test Technician – 6 months Temporary to Permanent
Location: Manchester, NH
Shifts: 1st shift only available
Payrate: 1st Shift - $22hr.
We are seeking a Verification & Validation (V&V) Test Technician to join our growing team. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering the chance to contribute to the development of life-changing medical products. The work you do will directly support regulatory approval and manufacturing release. Attention to detail and strong documentation practices are critical, as all test results must meet FDA requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Work daily within a testing team of 5 or more, including Test Managers, Shift Leads, Test Engineers, and fellow Test Technicians.
Execute test procedures according to detailed written instructions.
Accurately document test results for analysis and reporting.
Identify and report anomalies during test case execution.
Collaborate with engineering teams to assist with troubleshooting and provide feedback for improving draft procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
Education or formal training in a technical field
(Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree, Vocational Education, etc.)
Hands-on experience with test equipment such as:
Data loggers
Scales
Pressure gauges
Minimum 1 year of experience as a test technician in a Design QA or Manufacturing QA environment.
(Experience with medical products is a plus.)
Familiarity with executing test procedures written by others.
Proficiency with computer-based tasks:
Ability to lift 25–30 pounds as needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
