Job Description

The Business Analyst will partner with business and technical teams to design, enhance, and support AI-enabled automation and workflow improvements across our Oracle HCM/ERP landscape. This role will translate business requirements into functional solutions, leveraging AI, ML, and RPA to optimize HR, finance, and operational business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle HCM/ERP modules.
Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI/ML, NLP, and workflow automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
Collaborate with engineering, integration, and automation teams to design automation workflows using RPA or AI-enabled orchestration tools.
Develop functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Oracle enhancements and AI workflows.
Support AI model validation, testing, data quality assessments, and integration with Oracle systems/APIs.
Participate in system configuration reviews, UAT planning/execution, and change management.
Monitor and analyze automation metrics, ROI, and process performance KPIs.
Ensure alignment between business processes and Oracle HCM/ERP best practices.
Serve as the point of contact between HR/Finance/IT stakeholders and technical teams.

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

3–5+ years as a Business Analyst supporting ERP or enterprise technology systems.
Direct experience with Oracle ERP/HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, or Supply Chain.
Working knowledge of AI and workflow automation concepts (ML/NLP, RPA, decision automation, bots).
Familiarity with data models, integrations, and APIs within enterprise systems.
Experience authoring requirements documents, BRDs/FRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
Strong analytical and process improvement skills, leveraging Six Sigma/Lean principles a plus.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ability to communicate clearly with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP SaaS.
Exposure to tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or ServiceNow workflows.
SQL skills or experience querying ERP data tables.
Familiarity with AI model evaluation, data governance, or MLOps concepts.
