Job Title: Durability Test Technician– Temporary & Temp-to-Perm Opportunities
Location: Manchester, NH
Salary: $21-22/hr
2nd shift $22-23hr.
Hours: Multiple Openings – 1st Shift (7:00am–3:30pm) & 2nd Shift (2:45pm–11:15pm)
Duration: Temporary, with several roles offering Temp-to-Perm potential
Position Summary and Special Duties:
As a Durability Test Technician, you will play a key role in supporting Cleaning Durability Testing initiatives. This hands-on position focuses on executing repetitive cleaning cycles, accurately documenting results, and assisting with identifying any irregularities in device behavior.
Your day-to-day duties will include, but may not be limited to:
Execute repetitive cleaning cycles per User Manual instructions.
Accurately document test progress and results in Test Case Records using standard tools (Microsoft Word, Surround).
Identify, report, and help document any irregular device behaviors by generating observation tickets.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout all testing activities.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure the integrity and consistency of all tests.
Job Specifications:
Prior experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or test technician environment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions precisely.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks over extended periods.
Proficiency with basic documentation tools and systems.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
