Salary: $20–$23/hr
Hours: 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM - 2 Openings
Duration: Contract (Temp-to-Perm possible for top performers)
Position Summary and Special Duties
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Test Technicians to support device testing in a fast-paced Research & Development environment. This is a hands-on role focused on executing and documenting repetitive device operations, monitoring device performance, and identifying irregularities during testing.
This position is primarily contract-only, with temp-to-perm potential for candidates who consistently go above and beyond. Multiple
openings are available on 2nd shift.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Perform repetitive device operational cycles in accordance with detailed test procedures
Closely monitor device behavior during testing and identify irregularities
Accurately document progress and test results using standard tools (Microsoft Word, Confluence, Jira)
Generate observation tickets to report unexpected device behavior
Communicate with engineering teams to ensure test integrity and consistency
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Job Specifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in a research and development or test technician environment preferred
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written instructions precisely
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks over extended periods
Proficiency with basic documentation tools and systems
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team
Strong communication and organizational skills
