Position Overview
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Cleanroom Manufacturing Assemblers to support medical device manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on assembly experience or candidates looking to start a manufacturing career with paid training provided.
As a Cleanroom Manufacturing Assembler, you will assemble medical devices while following strict quality, safety, and documentation procedures in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble plastic and metal components into medical devices following approved manufacturing procedures
- Perform manual and automated assembly, testing, and documentation of mechanical and electrical assemblies
- Follow detailed electronic work instructions using a tablet or computer
- Operate hand tools, electric tools, presses, assembly fixtures, microscopes, calibrated instruments, and test fixtures
- Read and follow Bills of Materials (BOMs), work orders, flow charts, assembly drawings, and check sheets
- Perform soldering, crimping, ultrasonic welding, bonding, gluing, and other assembly techniques
- Complete kitting activities using scanners and inventory management software
- Perform startup and end-of-shift equipment inspections
- Inspect assemblies throughout production and report quality concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation for quality inspections, work-in-process, testing, and labor reporting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while participating in 5S initiatives
- Work closely with Engineers and Line Leads to troubleshoot manufacturing issues
- Follow ISO, FDA, QSR, GMP, and company manufacturing procedures
Training Provided

- Online manufacturing training
- Cleanroom gowning procedures
- Quality standards and inspection processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Experience assembling mechanical or electrical products preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written work instructions
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and scanners
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required for select openings—training is provided
