Location: Manchester, NH
Hourly Rate: $22.00-$25.00/hour (depending on experience)
Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 1st Shift (In-Office)
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Customer Experience Specialist to support customers throughout every stage of their journey with an innovative manufacturer of advanced personal mobility technology. This individual will serve as a trusted resource, helping customers navigate onboarding, scheduling, documentation, and ongoing support while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at building strong relationships with customers and healthcare professionals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Respond to a high volume of customer phone calls and email inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
  • Utilize CRM software to accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Coordinate customer onboarding alongside physicians, clinicians, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
  • Work with external vendors to obtain quotes, verify pricing, and issue purchase orders
  • Explain insurance documentation requirements and coverage information clearly and patiently
  • Schedule customer training sessions, product demonstrations, and appointments
  • Process customer orders accurately while ensuring all required documentation is complete
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information
  • Support quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure an outstanding customer experience
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Associate degree or a minimum of two years of customer service or customer support experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to explain insurance-related documentation in a clear and patient manner
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong computer proficiency and administrative skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Valid driver's license
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience supporting healthcare, medical device, rehabilitation, or mobility equipment customers
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or within a patient-focused environment
  • Experience coordinating schedules, training sessions, or customer onboarding activities
