Job Title: Grinding & Machine Operator (Temporary)

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Grinding & Machine Operator to provide temporary coverage. This assignment is expected to last approximately three months, with the potential for an extension based on business needs.
This position primarily involves operating grinding equipment while performing light machining tasks in a repetitive manufacturing environment. Previous machining experience is preferred but does not need to be extensive.
Essential Responsibilities
- Operate grinding equipment to produce quality parts according to specifications.
- Perform repetitive grinding and inspection of manufactured components.
- Operate basic machining equipment, including coining machines and other production equipment as needed.
- Conduct visual inspections to verify product quality and identify defects.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with other production duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience required.
- Grinding or machining experience preferred.
- Experience operating basic machine shop equipment is a plus.
- Ability to use measuring tools and perform basic inspections.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to perform repetitive work while maintaining accuracy.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and good attendance.
