Job Title: Production Manager
Work Schedule: 8am-4:30pm
Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000
Position Type: Full-time

Role and Responsibilities
The Production Manager will lead our production operations and ensure that they deliver maximum quality in a profitable manner. Duties will include organizing workflows and analyzing the efficiency of manufacturing processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
- Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Guide and coach employees, maximizing their productivity and engagement.
- Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- Perform verification of production output according to specifications
- Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to senior managers.
- Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Consult new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
- Manage performance and disciplinary issues.
- Ensure daily / weekly and monthly goals are achieved.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- HS Diploma required. Associates degree or higher a plus.
- Technical or manufacturing training strongly recommended.
- Experience production planning is essential.
- Minimum of 7 years of manufacturing experience required.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within manufacturing required.

Technical Skills
- Demonstrated ability to apply Production Planning and Scheduling skills.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, including strong MS Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP and MRP systems required. NetSuite experience a plus.
- Experience operating machinery and tools.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to move about freely throughout the facility.
- Ability to use a computer, keyboard, and mouse.
- Ability to work both in an office and production environment.
