?? What You’ll Do:
Set up and operate CNC machinery with minimal supervision
Read and interpret technical drawings, sketches, and work instructions
Inspect precision components for accuracy and quality
Perform repetitive production machining with close attention to detail
Maintain production records and transfer CNC programs as needed
Provide technical support to team members
Perform routine maintenance and other duties as assigned
?? What You’ll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training a plus)
5–10 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read technical drawings and follow written instructions
General computer skills and strong communication abilities
Team-oriented with a professional and cooperative approach
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
Must be able to stand, bend, squat, kneel, and move throughout the shop
Visual acuity (corrected) for detailed inspections
Work Type: Full-time | Non-exempt | No travel required
