Business Systems Analyst
Help shape the future of global operations by modernizing and enhancing critical business systems. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and technology partners to analyze workflows, improve processes, and translate business needs into functional requirements for custom software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document current (AS-IS) processes and design improved (TO-BE) workflows.
- Develop and validate functional requirements with IT and business teams.
- Support testing, user acceptance, and data migration activities.
- Provide training, documentation, and demonstrations to global teams.
- Troubleshoot issues and contribute to change management for new solutions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or computer science preferred.
- 3–5 years’ experience with financial or trading systems, enterprise reporting, or large-scale business applications.
- Strong skills in process analysis, requirements gathering, and system testing.
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across multicultural, global teams.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with enterprise system tools.
