Inspector – MRO (2nd Shift)
Location: West Chester, OH 45069
Type: Temp-to-Perm
Pay: $21.53/hr + 15% shift differential - with 8 weeks of training on 1st shift.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 4:00 AM
Training: First day on 1st shift (8:30 AM start) – may train on 1st shift for up to 3 months (shift differential not paid during training period)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform routine checks, tests, gauging, and inspections on materials, in-process parts, and finished goods.
Compare results against company quality standards and document findings.
Conduct visual inspections for obvious defects.
Record results on inspection forms or charts and report defect counts.
Interpret blueprints, operation sheets, and procedures.
Operate standard measuring tools: micrometers, indicators, calipers, and height gauges.
Perform some lifting of items (varied weights, assisted/unassisted).
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience as an Inspector and/or NDT Technician.
Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
Comfortable working with standard measuring equipment and inspection tools.
