Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Maintenance Mechanic 3s to join our Maintenance Department in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for repairing, installing, and maintaining production equipment while troubleshooting and diagnosing issues to minimize downtime. Candidates must have their own hand tools and adhere to all company policies, including Quality, Food Safety, GMPs, Good Maintenance Practices, and Safety Standards.
Principal Responsibilities
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform repairs or adjustments as needed
Perform weekly, monthly, and yearly preventative maintenance on assigned production lines
Respond promptly to line calls and troubleshoot production equipment
Upgrade equipment with new technology and coordinate with outside contractors as required
Participate in special projects as assigned
Complete all other duties as required by the Maintenance Manager

Work Environment
This position operates in a high-volume food and beverage manufacturing facility. Work includes standing, lifting, and operating tools in both routine and emergency maintenance situations. Strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards is required.
