Job Title: Manufacturing Line Technician – Cleanroom Medical Device
Location: Manchester, NH
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: $20–$22/hr
We are looking for a Manufacturing Line Technician to support the assembly of medical devices in a cleanroom environment. You’ll work hands-on alongside a small team and follow strict quality and cleanliness standards to produce precision medical disposables.
How You Will Make an Impact
• Communicate effectively with a team of 3–4 technicians
• Assemble medical device disposables using screwdrivers, torque wrenches, tube cutters, and tube stretchers
• Perform heat sealing
• Print labels for production and packaging
• Label, package, and box all completed components
• Glue and cure materials using UV wands
• Conduct flow testing
• Perform laser welding using fixtures
• Leak test disposable components and subassemblies using fixtures
• Track and record serial numbers in databases/systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace
Skills You Need to Be Successful
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Capable of assembling components into finished medical products
• Laser welding experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a cleanroom; prior cleanroom experience strongly preferred
• Strong respect for strict quality and documentation standards
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills; self-starter mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to follow written SOPs and complete basic documentation
• High attention to detail
