$20/hr on contract.
($21-$22 upon conversion
Benefits: Optional cafeteria-style benefits available for contractors. Company pays 95% of benefits on permanent.
Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented OIS Cleanroom Dispenser Operator to support the manufacturing of fiber optic products in a cleanroom environment. This role focuses on the precise dispensing of adhesives and materials while assembling delicate fiber optic components. The ideal candidate has experience working with small parts, excellent manual dexterity, and thrives in a quality-focused manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Dispense adhesives, epoxies, and other materials onto fiber optic components according to work instructions.
- Assemble fiber optic products in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
- Perform precision work using small components and hand tools.
- Follow detailed manufacturing procedures and cleanroom protocols.
- Meet daily production and quality standards.
- Inspect products for accuracy and workmanship.
- Report production issues, quality concerns, or delays to production management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Use basic problem-solving skills to identify issues and recommend improvements.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of cleanroom, medical device, electronics, cable assembly, or precision manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience working with small parts and hand tools.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Good manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- Basic measurement skills using both standard and metric systems.
- Basic English skills with the ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
- Strong reasoning and analytical skills.
- Must be ITAR compliant.
- Highly dependable with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
