Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Die Setter for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Plantsville, CT. This hands-on role is ideal for a reliable and skilled individual with a strong background in setting up both progressive and compound dies.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up progressive and compound dies (3–5 years of experience required)
Operate power presses ranging from 32 to 200 tons
Read and interpret basic blueprints
Use inspection tools and equipment to verify quality
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Collaborate effectively with team members
Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic
