Description
Supports the execution of customer account management and business development activities. Responsible for tracking and reporting customer engagement metrics, assisting with quoting and scheduling, preparing quarterly business reviews, and supporting marketing and acquisition initiatives. Works directly with Program Management, Technical Leads, and Business Development leadership to ensure accuracy and efficiency in reporting, scheduling, and client engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Enter and track requests for quotes in the ERP system
Follow up on quotes with internal Program Management team and deliver revenue/quoting reports
Prepare customer quarterly business review (QBR) presentations
Support Program Managers on assigned accounts with scheduling, invoicing, sales order reporting, AR summaries, and excess material tracking
Manage and update customer terms & conditions and quality clauses database
Assist production with scheduling and generate KPI metrics
Support Program Managers with commercial items including excess/no demand inventory, cost recoveries, and cost assertion claims
Collaborate with Business Development to research customer segments, competitor offerings, and market conditions
Contribute to marketing efforts via social media, webinars, email, and events
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
3–5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or program management support desirable
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
Experience using social media platforms for business outreach preferred
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with arms, and communicate clearly
Must occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds
Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; PPE may be required per policy, SDS, and OSHA regulations
