Inspector I will be $21–$23/hr Contract Temp to permanent.

Description
Inspects electronic assemblies, subassemblies, printed circuit boards, box-builds, and components for compliance with customer documentation and industry standards. Works under the guidance of a Group Leader or senior Inspector while developing the ability to independently handle inspection duties.
Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Perform inspections on IPC-A-610 Class 1 and 2 assemblies under the direction of a Group Leader or senior Inspector
Examine workmanship for conformity to customer documentation and industry standards
Conduct Line Audits and First Article Inspections for IPC-A-610 Class 1 and 2 boards
Conduct Final Inspection on IPC-A-610 Class 3 boards as assigned by the Group Leader
Perform conformal coat inspections as directed
Follow established procedures for handling nonconforming materials
Work in compliance with OSHA, SDS, and company safety policies
Develop working knowledge of Aegis Shop Floor Tracking System
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Basic component identification and/or soldering knowledge
Competency with basic hand tools such as micrometers and calipers
Ability to read customer documentation and Quality Bulletins (QB)
Proficiency in English (read, write, and speak fluently)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to effectively work in a team environment
Communicate and listen effectively in a professional, courteous manner
High School Diploma or GED required
