Receptionist
Location: Rockland, ME
Schedule: Wednesday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay: $20-25/hour
Position Overview
Our client, located in Rockland, ME, is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join their team. This position is three days per week and is expected to last approximately six months. There is potential for the role to become a permanent, full-time position working Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, for the right candidate.
As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the Receptionist will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional office environment while providing administrative support to the team.
- Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner - Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Page staff members as needed
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned
- Support day-to-day front office operations.
Qualifications
Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and office equipment.Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
