Job Title: Maintenance/Facilities Manager
Location: Cranston, RI
Salary Range: $35-40 per hour plus potential OT
Type: Temporary to possible Temp to Hire 3-4 months
Hours: 40-45 Hours per week onsite in Cranston: 7:00-5:00 operational hours
Oversees the daily operations and upkeep of buildings and grounds to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, security).
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Oversee office space planning, renovations, and moves.
- Manage vendor contracts and service providers.
- Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement preventive maintenance and sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in facilities or building management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
