Location: Las Vegas, NV
Salary: $132,000 – $156,000 + Comprehensive Benefits
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite for the First 90 Days, Then Eligible for a Hybrid Schedule (3 Days In Office / 2 Days Remote)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Architect to join a nationally recognized architecture and design firm in Las Vegas. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced architect with a strong background in casino and hospitality design who enjoys mentoring project teams, leading technical execution, and working directly with clients from concept through construction. The ideal candidate has recent Revit experience, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to lead multiple complex projects. Following the initial 90-day onboarding period, employees are eligible for a hybrid work schedule of three days in the office and two days remote. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration.
  • Mentor and oversee project teams on both design and technical execution.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and internal project leaders.
  • Develop and oversee construction documents, specifications, and technical drawings.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Perform code analysis and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local building codes.
  • Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, conduct site visits, and support construction administration.
  • Coordinate architectural work with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams.
  • Support business development efforts, client presentations, and proposal development.
  • Maintain documentation quality and oversee project closeout records. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
  • 10+ years of architectural experience.
  • Licensed Architect required.
  • Advanced proficiency with Revit.
  • Recent experience with casino, gaming, hospitality, or large commercial projects.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring architectural teams.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

Preferred Experience

  • Casino and hospitality project experience.
  • Construction administration and technical documentation expertise.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and QA/QC processes.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
