Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Associate (2 Openings)
Location: Shelton, CT
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr
Hours: Monday–Friday (Day Shift)
Duration: Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Position Summary and Special Duties
We are seeking two reliable Shipping & Receiving Associates to support daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role focused on pulling orders, receiving materials, and following established shipping procedures. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Pulling and preparing orders for shipment
Receiving and verifying incoming materials
Following shipping and receiving procedures
Labeling, packaging, and staging product
Lifting and moving materials up to 40 lbs
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
Job Specifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Experience with shipping/receiving or warehouse work
Knowledge of pulling orders
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
