Job Title: 2nd Shift Technician (Medical Device Production)
Location: Manchester, NH
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 1:00pm – 9:00pm | Full-Time | On-Site
Pay: $21 – $23/hr
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Technician to support medical device production and testing. This is a hands-on role working with automated equipment, software testing, and light mechanical work. The position is ideal for someone with basic computer skills who wants to grow in a technical environment. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Production & Equipment Operation
Operate production equipment to run batches of saline IV bags
Execute production runs on both stable and test software environments
Monitor equipment performance and document any issues or failures
Testing & Documentation
Track and record production data and bag information
Submit basic bug reports to the software development team based on observed issues
Maintain accurate documentation throughout all production and testing activities
Mechanical & Technical Support
Dismantle and reassemble raw material cartridges (RMCs) using hand tools
Interface with production units using on-screen controls and Linux terminal
Support troubleshooting and basic equipment maintenance
Team Communication
Communicate clearly with team members, engineers, and cross-functional teams
Follow procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
General familiarity with computers and basic troubleshooting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable with hands-on work and use of hand tools
Experience with software applications or Linux is a plus
Ability to work 2nd shift (1:00pm – 9:00pm)
