Job Title: Verification & Validation (V&V) Test Technician – Temp to Perm
Location: Manchester, NH
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Duration: 6-month Temporary to Permanent
Position Summary
The Verification & Validation (V&V) Test Technician supports the execution of testing activities for FDA-regulated medical devices. This role works closely with engineers and test leadership to ensure products meet regulatory, quality, and manufacturing requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and eager to grow within a regulated engineering environment.
This position is well-suited for recent Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering graduates looking to gain real-world experience and develop into an engineering role over time.
Key Responsibilities
Execute detailed test procedures according to written protocols and instructions
Work as part of a cross-functional testing team including Test Managers, Shift Leads, Engineers, and Technicians
Accurately document and report test results for regulatory and manufacturing validation
Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate test anomalies or failures
Support engineering teams by providing feedback to improve test methods and procedures
Ensure all test documentation complies with FDA and medical device quality standards
Qualifications
Education or formal training in a technical field (Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or Vocational Education)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Design QA or Manufacturing QA testing
Hands-on experience with test equipment such as:
Data loggers
Scales
Pressure gauges
Ability to execute test procedures developed by others with precision and consistency
Strong computer skills, including:
Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs as needed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
